Popular Craft Beers by Wellington Brewery
Wellington’s Special Pale Ale
Wellington Brewery’s most popular beer is a refreshingly smooth pale ale that is deep gold in colour and notably full of flavour. With a balance of malt and hops that is patterned after traditional British pale ales, S.P.A. has an aroma of caramel and toasted grain followed by a delicate hop aftertaste.
Wellington’s Imperial Russian Stout
Full bodied and complex, Wellington’s Imperial Russian Stout is one of the boldest beers brewed in Ontario. With an inviting aroma of dark chocolate and coffee, Imperial Russian Stout has a smooth, full bodied flavour patterned after the highly fortified stouts that were exported from the U.K. to Russia in the 1800’s.
Wellington’s Arkell Best Bitter
First brewed in 1985, Wellington Arkell Best Bitter is an amber session ale with a mild, caramel malt body and a subtle hop aftertaste. With only 4% alcohol by volume, Arkell Best Bitter is an incredibly flavourful light beer that is easy to enjoy. This well-balanced bitter is the perfect session ale for any occasion.
Wellington’s County Dark Ale
Wellington Brewery’s most celebrated beer is a rich, dark ale that is handcrafted to deliver exceptional smoothness and balance. Modelled after a traditional English brown ale, County Dark Ale uses roasted malts and English hops to create a beer of timeless distinction.
